Don’t call us Islamophobes.
Call us Islamoterrorised (not irrational but a real fear),”people who have learned to take Islamic hostility toward unbelievers seriously.
Why Kuffarophobia?
Because Islamic scripture repeatedly divides humanity between believers and kuffar - unbelievers - and contains passages that condemn, threaten or subordinate them.
So before accusing critics of having an irrational fear of Islam, ask the obvious question:
Is that fear irrational?
Judge Islam by its own texts.
Judge Islamic rule by its consequences.
Judge the treatment of apostates, unbelievers and religious minorities where religious doctrine gains legal power.
Our criticism is directed at Islam as a doctrine and system of ideas — not at Muslims as an ethnicity or as human beings.
Read the texts.
Examine the history.
Look at the laws.
Then decide who is afraid of whom.
These texts exist. The question is not whether every Muslim follows them. The question is why criticism of doctrines that explicitly degrade, subordinate or threaten unbelievers should automatically be dismissed as irrational “Islamophobia”.
